This page explains what Walterlog records when you use the site.
Clicks on hotel links
When you click a hotel link, we record the time, the guide, the hotel, and a visitor type (for example "human" or the name of a search engine crawler) worked out from your browser's user-agent string. We do not record your IP address in this click log.
Page views
We keep daily view counts per page type and visitor type. These are totals only, with no personal data.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and there are no third-party analytics scripts on this site.
Server logs
Like most websites, our web server keeps short-lived technical logs, which include IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
Agoda
When you leave Walterlog for Agoda, Agoda's own privacy policy applies to what you do there.
